The Good:

Avengers Infinity War – Avengers Infinity War really surprised me. I have probably said this before but, MCU movies rarely blow me away. They’re consistently good and do enough to keep me interested, but this is one of those rare occasions. Infinity War is a fantastic ensamble movie that is pulled off almost to perfection and is easily one of the Top 5 MCU movies I have seen.

Grade A-

The Bad:

Tag – The idea is unique in the sense that this is based of a true story and there are a group of guys that actually do/did this. The execution is good at points and poor at points. These types of over the top comedies aren’t landing with me the way they used to. The cast is great. Most of the jokes were funny. It was fine and worth a watch.

Grade C+

The Old or Surprising:

A Ghost Story – I went back to last year to revisit a movie that made a lot of top 10 lists, David Lowery’s A Ghost Story. It’s an unusual story that probably left audiences polarized in either a love it or hate it. I don’t imagine this has a very big middle ground. The symbolism and imagery are undeniably beautiful but the story does take it’s time and if your not completely sold from the start, it can get long and feel tedious. Personally, I liked it quite a bit.
